I have not been on a bike for about 15 years, the XSR700 is going to change that, so looking forward to seeing it in the flesh

Welcome! All of us are eager to see this thing, but sadly some of us might not be able to if it isn't available in certain regions. (Like US) You won't, or shouldn't, have that problem though! Glad you joined us here. We look forward to have a growing community on this forums like we have on our sister forums, fz07.org. Check out that forums and join there too. We have a section dedicated to the XSR and these bikes are very similar so a lot of how-tos and what-not are identical for both. So there is some helpful info and reading over there. Again, welcome and good to have you!
